Terrible
I lack the words to articulate how much contempt and ill will I hold towards this App.
Every time I find a receipt in my pocket that has slipped past the 2-hr cutoff for scanning it I fly into a blind rage, my only recourse being to issue yet another negative review for the app until someone on your end gets the message.
There is no earthly reason why the cutoff could not be 24 hrs.
Shameful.

As per my promise, I am making my review slightly worse because I have discovered another expired receipt in my pocket that Loyaltree will not scan.
To their credit, they did increase the cut-off from two hours to five hours.
But still, why have a cut-off at all?
If you are a merchant who is considering partnering with Loyaltree to run your customer loyalty program - Do not do it!!
Every time your customer finds an expired receipt it will have the exact opposite affect you desire - you will not build goodwill and loyalty with your customers. You will build contempt and animosity.
