Just like coupons...except you need a LoyalTree Account, and they need your e-mail address, and the coupons must be scanned by the customers phone within one hour.

Infinite loading screen on my iPhone 5S. No more loyalty points for me i guess.

Ever since the update the app will not open, just keeps buffering, please fix!

Cant click the ok for the Facebook permission as the loading screen overlays it.

Upon trying to open the app for the first time all I did was take me to the loading screen and nothing else happened.

I cant get any further than the intro screen in the app. It will not load.

Is this app supposed to work?? How long do I have to wait for it to load, seems like forever.

The app its not opening on iPhone 4S, its useless

I have just downloaded and have attempted to start this app. The app launches but simply hangs with the busy wheel. I have removed the app and reinstalled, but the same result occurs.

Cannot get past loading screen.

Adding my voice. Just sits and spins. Never loads. I wouldnt care except that its the only way I can claim my season pass for a faire, so its actually costing me not to have it.

Not sure why so many reviews are negative. Works as advertised.

I lack the words to articulate how much contempt and ill will I hold towards this App. Every time I find a receipt in my pocket that has slipped past the 2-hr cutoff for scanning it I fly into a blind rage, my only recourse being to issue yet another negative review for the app until someone on your end gets the message. There is no earthly reason why the cutoff could not be 24 hrs. Shameful. Update: Sept. 9th, 2015 As per my promise, I am making my review slightly worse because I have discovered another expired receipt in my pocket that Loyaltree will not scan. To their credit, they did increase the cut-off from two hours to five hours. But still, why have a cut-off at all? If you are a merchant who is considering partnering with Loyaltree to run your customer loyalty program - Do not do it!! Every time your customer finds an expired receipt it will have the exact opposite affect you desire - you will not build goodwill and loyalty with your customers. You will build contempt and animosity. Looking at you Mercatinos.

Every retailer turning to this trash should know its broken and has a dev team too lazy, too incompetent, or too dishonorable to fix it.

I use this app to get points for my coffee and lunches at Martys Market. Its really easy and fun to use!

Love the new look of the app and the new reward structure. :)
