I enjoy this app and its Card Link feature.

Very easy to use. I havent seen many issues. I wish some restaurants had better rewards but I love earning points without carrying a card

What a piece of junk this thing is. I lost so many points and a free pizza. Complete garbage.

Used to work.. Until I got a new phone. I logged in with my same email I used before but it didnt save any of my points. Awful!!!

This app doesnt work, constantly closes every time I push any button. Plus it told me that my code was expired one day after my purchase! One day! Really? Im undownloading it now

This app spontaneously quits. And maybe even worse than this, the QR codes are only good for a couple hours after you leave a coffee shop. So if you have other errands to get done before you get home or if you have anyone else get some coffee for you the reward points are worthless.

I dont understand the point of it. I spent $1,002 on a dinner for friends on Saturday night. Downloaded the app Monday to find the code was good for 1 day only. Seriously? You want me to be loyal forever but your loyalty to me is a 24 hour commitment for my $1,002?

You have to allow the app to access your location even when it is not open! In addition you are forced to fill out personal information before scanning any codes. And the app crashes often. Overall a terrible app and rewards system.

LoyalTree worked for me for about 6 months and then one day as I logged in I got a database error. I then tried to login/reset password over the next two weeks without success. The company has no hints at customer service on their site, but I emailed their general inbox anyway; as expected I havent received any response yet.

Under new version app will not work unless location is allowed even when app is closed. Deleting the app. Only a single participating restaurant within 50 miles anyway.

I waste more time trying to get this app to work than I actually benefit from it. The only good thing about it is that the graphics are pretty but really what I care about in the end is getting discounts. Theres always a problem every time I open it. Im probably just going to delete it.

The app doesnt work. Continuously crashing and asking me to fill out a profile Ive already filled out.

The only thing this app does successfully is sign you up. Now every time I go to scan a code to earn rewards, the app crashes & returns me to my home screen. I cannot earn rewards because this app doesnt work at all. Its horrible, absolutely horrible & nothing has been done to fix it. I even tried to delete & reinstall no improvement at all.

Ive always loved this app but found it annoying that it crashed so often. Thanks for the update and excited to see what Loyaltree has in store!

Very simple and easy to use!! I love earning points to get rewards at my favorite restaurants!

I dont actively track down promotions or loyalty deals, beyond maybe swiping my grocery or pharmacy card to pick up the rewards. This app let me do that for a number of places Im already going to and also led me to find a few new ones. The scanning is as easy as any other loyalty card and many of the rewards are a notch or two above what you normally find at other places.

I frequently go to Martys for lunch. This lets me earn points for each visit so I can get discounts.

App works good and i defiantly got my free food so 5 stars.
