App constantly freezes.

Been working fine since I downloaded- smooth & easy. UNTIL TODAY! Does nothing (and my codes about to expire for todays lunch). Have tried shutting down, deleting, reloading, left the restaurant & came home to home wifi. Nothing.

Freezes right after opening for first time

Worked fine for months - now doesnt load. Deleted and re-installed - nothing. Since receipts only valid to scan for 4 hours Ive lost a good bit of reward points over the past week. HELLO - anybody IN there....?

I updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 8.3 and this application no longer works. Please fix your application issues. Thank you.

Its great not to have to have yet another loyalty card to tote around and search for when going to places that use this app. Just scan the QR code on the bottom of your receipt. The rewards are great (free items, discounts), and you dont have to do anything special to redeem them. The app is all-inclusive. I wish all businesses would start doing this, so I can ditch the cards or not have to give my phone number. It took me a bit to learn my way around the app. There was also a problems with an Apple update, but it was very promptly fixed.

Ive been using this app for over a year to get rewards at coffee tree roasters and mercurios pizza. I love being able to pick what rewards I want. I wish more places used it!

Easy to use. Great rewards and I get more points the more I spend!

I really like using this instead of giving my phone number at the counter. This way, I dont have to hold up the line and I get to see how close I am to my next reward. I would love to see some improvements to make it easier to get to your rewards though.

Finally a way to manage rewards without a card. I use it at Walnut Grill almost every weekend.

App is great... WHEN it opens and WHEN it lets you sign in.

It asks to connect to Facebook at every launch and then freezes. The only way to login is to delete the app and reinstall. It allows to login for one launch.

Its great when it works. Usually, thats about one time per download. Its a shame.

It just sits at the loading page. I use an iPhone 6 and only way to input stuff is to delete the app and reinstall. But then itll only work once again. Lame!

Every time I open the app to scan a receipt it just sits at the opening window. Pointless and I dont get my points because you have to scan the receipt In a certain amount of time. Useless and stupid. I have a brand new iPhone 6+ so I know it isnt my device.

I keep this app updated and the latest update doesnt work. It either crashes immediately or it sits at the open screen with a the spinning circle and never opens or does anything else. Its a shame. I have a reward to use but I cant use it or gain any more points. If you dont already have the app Id recommend you keep it that way.

Better than most other loyalty app Ive used. Glad Green Beans is using this.

I have only had one issue but support fixed it fast ..

Another wannabe reward app with very minimal participating places, you have to scan your receipt with 4 hours or you lose the points and you can only scan 1 receipt. What a waste.
